Sales Policies

  • A 50% deposit of the purchase price is required to reserve a bunny. Deposits can only be made through lopsoflove.com, are non-refundable and the deposit goes toward the purchase price of the bunny. The remaining balance is due at pickup, in cash only.

  • Bunnies will be available for pickup when they are 8 weeks of age.

  • Pickup will be coordinated the week prior to the bunny's 8 week available date. Availability dates are always weekends, and will be stated when reserving with a deposit. Bunny must be picked up within the availability date weekend, otherwise the bunny will be made available for sale again, and the deposit will not be refunded. Failure to respond to multiple communication attempts when coordinating pickup date will also result in the bunny being made available for sale again, and the deposit will not be refunded.

  • In the rare circumstance that a reserved bunny gets sick or passes away before pickup, we will immediately refund the deposit, or the deposit may be transferred to another available bunny.

  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to check the health of the bunny, as well as double check the sex upon pickup. Although we are very accurate, sometimes genders can be hard to determine when babies are very small, and therefore are not guaranteed. We keep a very healthy herd and would not sell any bunnies that are unhealthy, but upon pickup you should always look over a bunny and once you take it home, you are agreeing that it appears healthy. We are not liable for bunnies becoming unhealthy while out of our care.

  • Each bunny will come with a bag of pellets to help transition them to their new feed, as well as a care sheet with basic bunny-care information.

  • Our breeding bunnies are pedigreed, and babies are pedigreed as well. However, we do not have experience judging or showing, and therefore can not guarantee that baby bunnies will win at shows. Pedigrees for babies are available upon request for a $30 fee.

  • Our bunnies are socialized and handled by children and adults, and have great temperaments while in our care. We are not responsible if a bunny develops a poor temperament while out of our care. Please see FAQ's and linked articles on how to handle rabbits if inexperienced with them.

  • Buyers are responsible for bringing their own carrier for pickup. Cat carriers work well.

  • We may be able to arrange a drop off or meeting point for a transport fee to cover our time, gas, etc. However, it is not guaranteed, and must be coordinated before bunny's availability date. Transport fees must be paid prior to beginning the drop-off trip with the bunny..
